Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of BISOUSURLABOUCHE and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Regrettably, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE policy -

Our orders are dispatched from FRANCE and prepared from Monday to Friday. Bisousurlabouche offers fourteen calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a refund
or a store credit. Please keep in mind that returns have a cost. The product must be in perfect condition and you must include the original labels and packaging. We will not accept exchanges or returns after the specified time frame.

BISOUSURLABOUCHE reserves the right to reject a return if all the above conditions are not met. In these cases you will be notified by email that your order is not
eligible for return.
